By accessing and using SOCILA ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

SOCILA is an AI-powered content generation platform designed to help users create engaging social media posts. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

SOCILA provides an AI-powered platform that helps users generate social media content, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Instagram posts. The Service includes:

- Free tier: Limited to 5 posts per day with access to basic templates - Pro tier: Unlimited posts with advanced AI models and premium features - Access to pre-made templates and writing suggestions - Content optimization and tone customization (Pro feature)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

To access certain features of SOCILA, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information - Maintain and promptly update your account information - Maintain the security of your password and account - Accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under your account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not use another person's account without permission. Accounts are non-transferable.

You agree to use SOCILA only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

- Generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable - Using the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems - Using the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights - Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization - Using automated systems or bots to access the Service (except as provided by our API) - Generating content that impersonates others or misrepresents your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you input into SOCILA and the content generated by our AI based on your inputs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: Content generated by SOCILA's AI is provided to you under a non-exclusive, worldwide license. While we don't claim ownership of AI-generated content, you are solely responsible for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party rights before publishing.

Our Content: All Service features, functionality, and materials (excluding user-generated content) are owned by SOCILA and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Pro Subscription: The Pro plan is billed at €5.99/month on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

- Pay all fees associated with your subscription - Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information - Promptly update your payment information if it changes - Allow us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

AI-Generated Content: SOCILA uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for:

- Reviewing all generated content before use - Ensuring content accuracy and appropriateness - Compliance with platform-specific content policies - Verifying that content doesn't infringe third-party rights

Service Availability: We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free - Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable - The Service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOCILA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
